Provident Scholarship Fund Allied Health Scholarship

The Provident Scholarship Fund builds on Provident Hospital’s rich history, dating back to founder Dr. Daniel Hale Williams, to uplift and support diversity in health care. The Provident Scholarship Fund is a collaboration between Cook County Health, the Cook County Health Foundation and Cook County government and its Project Rainbow initiative which aims to inform, impact and inspire students and families across the County. Scholarships will support awardees who are from, and dedicated to serving, underrepresented communities in Cook County.

The Allied Health Scholarship provides awards to individuals pursuing allied health careers such as: nursing, behavioral health, and students in select qualified certification programs:

Nursing (LPN & RN)
Surgical Technology
Respiratory Therapy
Radiology Technician
Paramedic
