Addus HomeCare Hope Foundation Scholarship

The goal of the Addus HomeCare Hope Foundation Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to those who are entering the health care profession and to provide exposure to the hospice specialty – particularly in underserved areas of the community.

To apply for the scholarship, students will write a brief essay on hospice care as well as interview with members of the hospice leadership team. If awarded, recipients must spend sixteen hours accompanying members of the hospice team during visits to help them better understand the care they provide.

Scholarship Requirements:
1. Must be a current full-time nursing student.
2. Must be graduating in early summer 2025 and receiving a nursing degree.
3. Must carry a minimum 3.4 GPA.
4. Must have at least one full year of school remaining – Fall 2024/Spring 2025 Semester.
5. Must be a resident in the state that you are enrolled.
